Frequently asked questions
Does the game really work offline?
Yes — completely. Maps, routing, and all game content are bundled inside the app. Airplane mode, no signal, on a ferry between islands: everything works. The game never connects to the internet.
How do offline earnings work?
Your fleet keeps working while the app is closed, at reduced efficiency, for up to 8 hours. When you come back, the Welcome Back screen shows what you earned. Bigger, healthier fleets earn more while you're away — neglected ones earn less.
How do I switch cities?
Open Settings (gear icon) → City and pick any of the six cities. Each city runs its own separate company with its own save — switching never loses progress. Come back anytime.
Where is my save stored? Can I lose it?
Saves live on your device and are included in your normal iPhone backup (iCloud or computer). Deleting the app deletes its saves, so back up your device before removing the game. There are no accounts and no cloud sync in this version.
My drivers keep resigning. What am I doing wrong?
Check their pay share (Empire → Drivers). Below ~18% morale drains; below 45 morale drivers start skipping work, and below 20 they may quit. Pay fairly, keep vehicles maintained, and morale recovers. Being a good boss is the whole game.
What is "Sell the Company"?
Once your net worth reaches ₱2M, the crown appears. Selling converts everything into Legacy Shares (+2% earnings each, forever) and starts a fresh company. Your achievements, lifetime stats, and shares carry over — every run gets faster.
The rival "GoNa!" keeps taking my districts. Help?
Market share follows service quality: keep hub slots staffed, morale high, and vehicles in good condition. A full, happy, well-maintained branch pulls share back automatically over time.
Can I restart from zero?
Yes — Settings → Company → "Start a new company". This wipes the current city's save (other cities are untouched). It cannot be undone.
Will you add more cities?
That's the plan! The map pipeline is built for it. Email your city request — the most-requested cities go first.
Is Hatid affiliated with any real ride-hailing company?
No. Hatid: Fleet Boss is a work of fiction. All companies, brands, and characters in the game are invented; any resemblance to real companies is coincidental.
